The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of
fresh options that catered to different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the homemade jams. The only downside was the limited parking, especially during peak hours—but overall, this is a place I highly recommend for its warm and friendly atmosphere.

Double-glazing windows, comfortable lounge area, good Wi-Fi access
The parking situation needs severe improvement. the limited spaces create headaches during peak times!!! noise from the busy road outside can be a significant distraction, especially if you're sensitive to sound!!!

My stay in the King Room was just perfect! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a powerful shower. Loved how there were club chairs instead of just sitting on the bed. Plus, there's easy access to nearby attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area! Only downside was parking—it can get tight at busy times but overall, it didn't ruin the experience.

It was just a commendable fit for a city break in Windermere with great value. The breakfast had some homemade jams that were a delightful touch. Try to avoid rooms near the front if you're sensitive to noise from the smoking area.
